One guest per team is to put the cover over their eyes and take the old diaper off and the new one on. The team that completes this routine first will be the champions.

The game player will be given a doll, a hamper of clothes with clips, and a phone. While holding the baby the guest must talk on the phone, keep the baby held, and hang the clothing on the rope. If there is a winner it is the person who did not lose the baby, stop talking, and had the most items hanging from the rope.
Men at baby showers are quite common. When the party is coed, some games may need to be altered a bit to keep everyone's interest. Try playing diaper poker, where diapers become the tokens. All you need are decks of cards and the poker rules. The poker champ will win a prize and the token diapers will be given to the expectant parents.
